Q:What is insurance and why do I need it?
A:In simple terms it is a contract between the person who buys insurance and the Insurance company who sold the Policy. By entering into contract the Insurance company agrees to pay the Policy holder or his family members a predetermined sum of money in case of any unfortunate event. In exchange for this service the Policy holder agrees to pay the Insurance company a predetermined fixed sum referred to as the Insurance Premium. Insurance allows you, your business and other entities to protect themselves against significant potential losses and financial hardship at a reasonably affordable rate.

The required limits of liability for SC are $25,000 per person for bodily injury, $50,000 per accident for bodily injury, and $25,000 per accident for property damage. These limits are often abbreviated as 25/50/25 and are the minimums for personal auto, business auto, motorcycles, as well as any other class of vehicle being insured.
